We're 38 people across engineering, design, sales, ops, and account support. We work in small teams, ship deliberately, and keep the bar high for what reaches our customers.

Are you fully remote, hybrid, or in-office?
UK-remote-friendly with a Shoreditch office that's optional but well-used. Most engineering roles are remote-first. Sales and operations roles tend to be hybrid (2 days/week). We're a UK-based company and hire UK residents only at the moment.
What does the interview process look like?
Four steps: 30-min intro call, 60-min role-specific conversation, 90-min work sample (paid for senior roles), and a final values conversation with two team members. Total: ~3 hours of your time over 2 weeks. No whiteboard puzzles.
How do salary bands work?
Every role has a public band. Where you land in it depends on experience, location, and the calibration conversation. We don't negotiate against the band — we set it fairly and stick to it.
What's your stance on AI in the interview process?
We use AI to write our own job descriptions and to schedule. We don't use AI to make hiring decisions or screen out candidates. Every application is reviewed by a human.
What's your hiring bar?
High and honest. We hire roughly one in every 40 candidates we interview. But we move fast — you'll have a decision within two weeks of the first call.
What if my role isn't listed?
