1 Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "User") and Jobs Help Squad Limited ("Jobs Help Squad", "JHS", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales. They apply to all access to and use of our website at jobshelpsquad.ai, our applications, and any associated services (together, the "Services").

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and/or by a banner on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility

To use the Services you must:

• be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction);
• have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
• not be barred from receiving the Services under the laws of the United Kingdom or any other applicable jurisdiction.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation (for example, as a hiring partner), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3 Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@jobhelpsquad.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that contain materially false information.

4 Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• post jobs that discriminate on the basis of any protected characteristic under the Equality Act 2010;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or entity;
• scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the platform by automated means without our prior written consent;
• upload malware, viruses, or any other harmful code;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
• use the Services for unsolicited communications, spam, or any unlawful purpose.

5 User content & intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the platform (CVs, profiles, job posts, messages — your "User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, and display it solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

All other content on the platform, including the Jobs Help Squad name, logo, designs, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6 Subscriptions & fees

Some features are offered free of charge; others require a paid subscription. Pricing is shown on the platform at the point of purchase and is exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

7 Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services with notice if you materially breach these Terms, or immediately and without notice if your conduct creates a risk of harm or legal liability to us, our users, or third parties.

8 Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any specific job listing, candidate, or match will result in employment.

We are not a party to any employment relationship between users. Hiring partners are responsible for their own recruitment decisions, including compliance with right-to-work and equality laws.

9 Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under English law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

Subject to the above, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £100.

10 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
